3″,RIGID, hook and loop backer (3.0″ actual diameter)

• Locks into the SL3® Snail Lock Adapter
• Designed with a “hook” face for use with hook & loop style abrasive
• Can be used with 3″ turbos, cut down resin pads or small fiber pads
• This is the 3″ backer we provide in our top polish kit to drive the 3 1/4″ Natural Tan Fiber Pad.
