Among its structural features, Breton Nexa supports saw blades ranging from Ø400 to Ø800 mm, with cutting depths of up to 290 mm. 

 

This configuration greatly enhances the machine’s versatility, making it ideal for processing materials with high thickness. The liquid-cooled, high-performance spindle delivers 25.9 kW of power (in S6) and 179.1 Nm of torque, providing high performance even on hard materials and during long machining cycles. 

 

The machine features a compact, hot-dip galvanized monobloc structure that offers outstanding mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and easy installation. The use of inclined-tooth rack-and-pinion systems for axis movement ensures smooth, quiet, and precise operation, delivering higher load capacity and reduced wear compared to traditional solutions. 

 

The advanced optional include the Rocket Tool electrospindle, excellent for high-speed internal cutting; powerful 600 kg suction cups with integrated Venturi technology on the spindle; and the tilting worktable. 

 

 

On the digital side, Nexa integrates the Breton Sphera software suite, which seamlessly coordinates all phases of operation—from programming (nesting) and tool management to 3D simulation. The optional Sapiens and Vein Matching modules make process control even smarter and more customizable. 

The OSOB camera (optional), enables fast and accurate automatic slab detection.
