Leading Production Equipment Successfully Install's Comandulli Speedy System

 

Leading Production Equipment (LPE) completed the installation of the Comandulli Speedy System week commencing January 15, 2024. 

The Comandulli Speedy System, known for its exclusive features, includes a monoblock machine with an electro-welded structure and a high-power spindle assembled on four controlled axes (X, Y, Z, A). With its kinematic motion composed of gears and levers for spindle circular movement, the system ensures precision and efficiency in stone fabrication. 

 

 

High-power spindle (4 hp) for enhanced performance. 

Pneumatic turntable for easy piece loading. 

Automatic tool change magazine with 8 positions for increased versatility. 

Touch screen for machine diagnostics and easy program visualization. 

Advanced safety features, including an automatic device that stops the machine in the event of exhausted abrasive tools.

Options for customisation include additional features such as omnidirectional foldaway rollers, a V-Groove Spindle for 45° cuts, and the ability to equip the machine with a cutting disc for grooves on slabs of up to 3 cm thickness.
