4″, RIGID, hook and loop backer (3.8″ actual diameter to fit 4″ resin abrasive)

• Locks into the SL3® Snail Lock Adapter
• Designed with a “hook” face for use with hook & loop style abrasives
• Perfect size for edge polishing – the slightly smaller diameter allows a 4″ resin pad to roll over the edge slightly creating a smooth transition into inside corners
